Good to Know
- Does Refresh Me Mobile come to me?
- No. RMM suites are stationed in high-need locations and you visit the one nearest you. Units may be relocated for venues, partnerships and events, but RMM is not an on-demand vehicle dispatched to individuals.
- What makes it different from a public restroom?
- A single-occupancy suite with a door that locks, a full grooming and changing area, premium toiletries, charging, secure storage and hotel-level sanitization between every guest.
- Why not just get ready in my car?
- A back seat isn't private, comfortable or clean. RMM gives you room to change, mirror lighting made for grooming, and a calm space to compose yourself.
- How will I reserve a suite?
- The planned RMM app will let you find a nearby location, choose an available time, and unlock the suite with your phone or a digital access key. App features are in development and may evolve before launch.
- How clean will it be?
- Clean above all else. Our planned standard is a full professional cleaning and restock between every use, with an inspection before the door unlocks for the next guest.
- How is RMM different from an airport lounge?
- Lounges are generally designed for waiting, dining and relaxing, and are usually limited to eligible travelers inside a terminal. RMM is built specifically for showering, changing and grooming, and can be deployed across many types of locations and events.
- Will it be private and safe?
- Privacy and safety are central to the design. Planned standards include single-occupancy suites with locking doors, controlled digital entry, privacy-conscious security measures and emergency assistance procedures. These are planned operational standards for launch, not current operations.
- When and where does RMM launch?
- RMM is in pre-launch. Our initial launch area is the New York metropolitan area, and our first partner location will be announced soon. Join the waitlist for updates and early access opportunities.
